It does not include repairing the problem but will provide a diagnosis and cost to fix the problem then you can decide what to do.  Complete Diagnostics and Service $149* This includes checking the hardware, removing viruses and unwanted applications up to and including reinstalling a windows operating system and installing anti-virus software and basic applications *Note that this does not include backing up data or applications and does not include any parts. For software reinstall/repair you must provide the valid licensed software necessary or the cost will be considerably more.

DATA RECOVERY If your files are not readable in windows or have been deleted we may be able to recover them. We cannot recover data from a drive that has physical problems. If we determine that is the case there is not charge. Hard drive recovery  $99/ hour with a minimum charge of $50 even if unsuccessful in getting the data. Not all situations are recoverable!
